Synopsis
DUA follows a teenage girl’s journey during a time of political conflict and personal change
in late-1990s Kosovo. As tensions rise around her, Dua faces difficult choices that affect
her sense of self, family, and strength. When the situation forces her to leave everything
behind, she enters a new reality that makes her grow up quickly. Blending quiet moments
with the background of a country in crisis, the film explores how young people deal with
fear, anger, and change during hard times.
