Synopsis

During the war in Kosovo, Deltari, a village dog, is left tied up in the yard of his
owner's house. Meanwhile, the village is abandoned, and Deltari witnesses the
losses, persecution, and violence of the inhabitants of this area. Deltari's
perspective unfolds the story where the desolate and brutal time of the war is
observed with other events of this territory.
