‘Virgjëresha Shqiptare’ directed by Bujar Alimani is a co-production between Germany, Belgium, Albania and Kosovo with co-producer from Kosovo Besnik Krapin; with producers Anita Elsain and Lesley Bruce-Neary; and co-produced by Tefta Bejko, Peter De Maegd, Tom Hameeuw and Simon Ofenloch.

The main roles are played by: Rina Krasniqi, Gresa Pallaska, Alban Ukaj, Astrit Kabashi. While the other roles are played by Aurita Agushi, Shkurtë Sylejmani, Lum Veseli, Jonida Vokshi, Mimoza Azemi, Çun Lajçi, Blerta Syla, Valmir Krasniqi, Lurni Krasniqi, Blendi Sadiku, Rebeka Qena, Igli Zarka, Gëzim Rudi, Viktor Zhusti and Fatlume Bunjaku.
