‘A month’ to be screened at the 42nd edition of Atlanta Film Festival

The short film directed by Zgjim Terziqi -‘A Month’, which had the world premiere in Cairo International Film Festival, will be screened in an Academy Award®-qualifying festival— one of the largest and longest-running festivals in the United States, Atlanta Film Festival, part of the program‘Narrative Shorts’.

Atlanta Film Festival begins on 13th to 22nd of April 2018 in Atlanta, Georgia, United States of America. The festival welcomes over 25,000 people who can watch feature films, shorts, animations and documentaries.

‘A month’ is based on a true story of Ana who is a quiet, unmarried 40-year-old blind woman and lives month to month with each of her four sisters, who collect government assistance for her care. The film stars: Makfire Miftari, Luan Jaha, May-Linda Kosumovic, Shengyl Ismajli, Irena Cahani, Fatmir Spahiu, Rinesa Qeriqi, Era Balaj, Dardane Mehmeti, Zog Zeqiri Berisha, Blerina Krasniqi, Nata Zeqiri Berisha, Lis Spahiu.

The film is supported by Kosovo Cinematography Center and produced by ‘Broken Branch Production’.
