In the 22nd edition of COCO (Connecting Cottbus), an East West co-production market and networking platform focusing on Eastern European cinema during the FilmFestival Cottbus, the Kosovar film “Era” directed by Parta Kelmendi, will be premiered within the Work in Progress category, during 9-11 November, 2022.
“Era” was selected among 19 film projects whose subject or production correlates to Eastern Europe. The project will be presented to a professional audience of experienced producers, buyers, commissioning editors, world sales and financiers.
Supported by Kosovo Cinematography Center, the film project took part in First Cut Lab Balkans, a comprehensive training and consultancy programme supporting audiovisual professionals in Europe and worldwide, and their feature films at the editing stage.
“Era” is a co-production of Kosovo and North Macedonia.
