For the eleventh year in a row, the Kosovo Cinematography Center is presented in the most important film market “Marche Du Film” at the Cannes Film Festival.
In this 75th edition, on May 21st, the Republic of Kosovo will sign an interstate agreement with the Republic of France, related to cinematographic co-production. This agreement, besides formalizing the Kosovar-French film co-production, will also initiate new co-productions and strengthen the cooperation between two film centers, Kosovo’s CKK and Fance’s CNC.
Meanwhile, on May 24th, will be the premiere of the next film by Dardenne brothers, called “Tori and Lokita” where Alban Ukaj, the famous Kosovar actor plays the Betimi’s role.
In addition to this, the Kosovo Cinematography Center will promote the latest Kosovar films in different development categories and stages, will participate in meetings and initate new inter-state agreements, meet with international cinematography partners, film funds, representatives of important international festivals, producers and distributors.
