For the tenth year in a row, Kosovo Cinematography Center continues to be present with its pavilion at the Cannes Film Festival, in the largest film market in the world “Marche Du Film”. Moreover, this underlines a return to normality of film celebration and promotion after the pandemic, during which Kosovo attended virtual film market last year.
The special thing about this edition is that for the first will be premiered two films produced in Kosovo. The first one is a feature length film directed by Luana Bajrami called “The hill where the lionesses roar” a co-production of Kosovo and France played at the “Director’s “ program and the short length film called “Displaced” directed by Samir Karahoda, competing for the Golden Palm award.
Kosovo Cinematography Center will promote the latest kosovar films which are at the different development categories and stages. There will also be meetings with international cinematography partners, film funds, major international festival representatives, and various producers and distributors.
