Në mes/In between directed by Samir Karahoda that brought Kosovo to Berlinale was exceptionally well received by the Berlinale audience. Except for the film team, present were also protagonists from the film.
"It is a great achievement for Kosovo Cinematography" said the Minister of Culture Mr Kujtim Gashi who was present at the premiere together with ambasador Mr Beqë Cufaj and dhe general secretary of Ministry of Culture Mr Veton Firzi.
The film treats two topics simultaneously: the phenomenon of construction of identitacal houses and migration. Through its protagonists it portrays dhe relationship and solidarity among brothers; the sacrifice and determinance of parents to maintain the harmony within the family; the meaning and importance of home, and the hope of returning one day.
The film is a SK Pictures production with Eroll Bilibani as producer, and is funded by Kosovo Cinematography Center.
