KCC during the previous year has reached an agreement with ‘When East Meets West’, which is a co-production forum focusing yearly in East and West of Europe.

This forum helps the producers to identify diverse and alternative funding/distribution opportunities in the spotlight regions. Also, it facilitates the policy making process between the territories in focus so to foster new co-productions between industries not yet well connected.

2018th edition will start on the 21st until 23rd of January in Trieste, Italy. A delegation from Kosovo will be part of the co-production forum, directed by the director of KCC, Arben Zharku and the filmmakers Bujar Kabashi with the film project ‘Aga’, Ujkan Hysaj with ‘Hana, Blerim Gjoci with ‘Sunny Hill’, Besnik Krapi with ‘Field of Blackbirds’, Fatmir Spahiu with ‘Cold November’.
