Lendita Zeqiri's film "Gardhi" has been selected to be part of the official competition of the 24th edition of the Palm Springs  International Short Film Festival & Film Market where it will have its world premiere.

The Palm Springs International Short Film Festival & Film Market is held from the 19th - 25th of June in Palm Springs, California. Gardhi will have its premiere  on the 21st of June.

The Palm Springs International ShortFest is the biggest and most important short film festival in north america with over 5000 applications from over 100+ countries around the globe.

ShortFest is also one of the qualifying festivals for Oscars, BAFTA and Los Premios Goya, and more than 100 shorts that ShortFest has presented have gone on to receive Oscar® nominations and/or awards.

The festival likewise organizes the ShortFest Forum, with a range of panels, workshops and discussions designed for filmmakers such that new fields of knowledge from the global film industry become accessible.

Acting in the film are Arti Lokaj, Ilire Vinca, Xhejlane Godanci, Melihate Qena, Kumrije Hoxhaj, Rozafë Çelaj, Alketa Sylaj, Adriana Matoshi, Edita Duli, Arta Selimi, Timur Urcan, Norike Xhemajli and Nina, whereas the producer is Bujar Kabashi with the production company N’art’.
